  • What is the fees to register for NumberMall?

    NumberMall is absolutely FREE for any agent to sign up and use it anytime, it will remain so forever.

  • How safe and secure is NumberMall?

    NumberMall is secured using highest level of encryption. There are multiple layers of security implemented to protect the NumberMall from any unauthorised access. The best of line network security is implemented to ensure only requests from authorised users enter the network. Any unauthorised request is rejected at the outermost security layer itself and there is no possibility that a Wallet may be hacked.

  • What all products and services can I sell on NumberMall?

    You can process profitable transactions like money transfer, recharge mobile & DTH, purchase bus tickets, recharge payTM wallet, pay postpaid bills. We are adding new services every week and will keep you posted once you login to our app. You can also create an offer for your shop and sell offers of shops around you. Very soon, we are going to launch e-commerce where you can sell goods from our sellers at your shop.

  • Can I recharge any mobile, DTH etc?

    Yes of course you can! At NumberMall, we support all operators’ recharges across all circles in India so that we have something available for everyone. Reduce your investment with just one balance.

  • Can I pay any postpaid mobile bills through NumberMall?

    Absolutely! NumberMall agents can make their consumers’ postpaid bill payments without any worries.

  • How do I know what I will get by paying a particular recharge amount?

    We only display indicative plans for recharges. This keeps changing frequently; therefore any updated information on recharge plans will be available only with your operator. We will try to answer your recharge related query but it will be best if you approach your operator for latest recharge related information.

  • My consumer’s recharge was successful, but he/she has not got any confirmation of the recharge.

    At NumberMall, all transaction requests are processed immediately. If you do not receive any confirmation SMS from your mobile operator, then kindly email us at support@numbermall.com or call at our Customer Care number +91 86889 86889 mentioning your order number. We will be happy to help you.

  • When I was doing a recharge, I got a response that my recharge was unsuccessful. What does this mean?

    Apologies for the inconvenience caused. Possible reasons for such an error could be.

    • Operator’s server was temporarily unavailable.
    • Entered amount was not accepted by your mobile operator as a valid recharge value.
    • Sometimes it so happens that we are unable to connect to the mobile operator’s server due to a temporary network problem.

  • My customer has switched operator through MNP. Can I still do the recharge?

    Yes, you can recharge your customer’s mobile, by selecting the new operator in the recharge section.

  • Why should I link my facebook/google+ account? Will my login credentials be saved?

    Not at all. We ask you for your social login only to make our service more personal to you. We never save your credentials.
